- Goods may be returned within 14 days of the shipment delivery date (the date you received your items)
- We recommend using a tracked/signed for service as we are not responsible if the package doesn't get back to us!
- We refund item cost only, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 5 working days to be processed. when we have processed the return you will receive a notification email that your return has been processed. Funds may take up to a further 5 working days to appear in your account.
Several goods are non-refundable under any circumstances. Items such as those which are handmade to order, reworked designer items, underwear, swimwear, jewellery, sale items and mystery boxes.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your order, we cannot offer a refund. However this does not apply if the item is damaged or faulty on arrival.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it (so no make-up, fake tan or detectable smells).
If you are returning an item you must include some written information in your package:
- Order Number
- Refund or Exchange?
Failure to include this information means that we do not know who you are and may result in your return/exchange being delayed or rejected.
Put the wrong delivery address in?
We know it happens, but we can't send orders out twice. Please check your order carefully at the confirmation stage. If it gets delivered to a wrong address that you've input we won't be able to refund you. If it gets sent back to us undelivered, you'll be refunded your product costs but not your postage costs.
Sale Items and free gifts
Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty. Free gifts may not be exchanged or returned for any value.
